Website Network Promotion (weekly payments)

I have a network of 49 websites that need to be actively promoted on a weekly basis. I am looking for a quality team to do the following each week for each of my websites: Link Building ---------------------- Get 5 permanent PR 1 Links from automotive related websites Get 2 permanent PR 2 Links from automotive related websites Social Bookmarking --------------------- Bookmark 1 page on Digg with unique description ([login to view URL]) Bookmark 1 page on Buzz with unique description ([login to view URL]) Bookmark 1 page on Stumble Upon Bookmark 1 page on [login to view URL] For StumbleUpon and Delicious I need a new account to be created each week because you can only bookmark one url one time. The bookmarks on digg & buzz should be news related to that particular site and should have a controversial spin on it to attract diggs & buzzes. I will create a google document (spreadsheet) to keep track of the progress and location of the links so that I can easily verify the work has been done and pay you faster. ************Please bid on your weekly service fee for this web promotion. ************I only want to work with someone I can be in contact with over MSN or Google Messenger between the hours of 8AM-6PM Central Standard Time. The reason is that I have many sites and want to create an ongoing relationship so we can discuss this and future projects easily. NOTE: Just to be clear I need the work above done for each of the 49 sites, so that would be 49*5 PR1 links and 49*2 PR2 links and 49*Social Bookmarkings as well. The links must follow these guidelines: * The page my link is placed on must be of the qualified pagerank(PR1/PR2) or above. (NOT JUST THE MAIN SITE) * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days. * Link page should be from English language sites only * Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc * Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. * Web sites must be developed (Not under construction). * One link per domain. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses * Alexa ranking must be under 1,500,000 * No sites that require ongoing payments * No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. * No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups * No link from: guestbooks, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or generally black hat sites. * One way non-reciprocal links. * Links must be static html links including the choosing target keywords in anchor text * Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire. * Links must be in text, no graphics. * No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics * Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, or ads; * Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) * Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. * Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties. * Must send me weekly updates of links. * We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
