Shopify Theme Modification

Hi Guys I already bought a theme for my shopify store however i need some modifications in the theme. This is the theme that i bought [login to view URL] 1- We want "search box", "join/sign in" , "cart" and the social button (social buttons also seen at footer) in the "top menu bar" which is seen above the logo; so it is the very top of the page. we dont want anything else in top menu bar 2- As the search box and cart moved to the top menu bar, we want logo on the center, not on the left and we dont want anything else around the logo. 3- In the "footer", as well as the newsletter, social buttons and blog posts, we want also to see our latest twitter posts. And, add also instagram logo to the social buttons. Regarding social buttons, use real colourful logos of facebook, twitter and instagram, instead of plain grey logos.
