Design a great landingpage for selling dog courses

My present page does not give me the result I was expected. The bouncerate is to high and the conversions are way to low. I got a great product, and I need you to make an landing page that really sell! I sell is classes for dogs/dog owners. I need people to be hypnotized when they arrive, and feel this is the very best dog school ever, and just have to register to the class, without hesitation. You need to give the user a warm, friendly and trustworthy feeling, get the message out and most important, to make it really easy to proceed with registration. This page should fit into the rest of the site, and also make the customer want to explore more pages if not registration to class. I want a top notch designer that are experienced and highly reviewed. You should know what people like, and how to get them hooked.
