50 pr7 links need for computer based website

I need one-way, non-reciprocal links 50 pr7 links for a UK Computer services company. two options avaiable, we would prefer the 1st option: Option One: - Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website - The page our link is placed on must be PR7 per above. - There is no more than 25 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed - Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days Option two: - Monthly renatl of PR7 links I'll provide the title/anchor text for our site.
