READ THE INSTRUCTIONS /CHECK TEMPLATE AND SAMPLE- BEFORE BIDDING - Only bid if you can deliver • I need to customize a template from template monster . ([login to view URL] (Flash or non-Flash) • (See attached sample sites links and the features I would like to include to the site) see attachment • Header / navigation links (Home, About Us, Services, Fee, Contact) (CSS buttons - text - drop downs). • Bottom links (Home, About Us, Services, Mediation, Fees, Testimonial, Faq, Links, Contact) • Paypal Integration in the Fee page of each service • Ability to create about 20 online Questionnaire for the online services – in the fee page (forms will be provided) • BACK END SUPPORT /Need an admin. Panel to change and edit text if needed. • If possible online appointment ability would be appreciated • Once changes are done, insert pictures and some of the text I will supply for the areas I indicate. Tag implementation for seo -You should have good web design, SEO and CSS skills. • Continuous communication is EXTREMELY important for me. I would like to see the site develop online on an every other day basis.
