Wordpress adaptive/responsive design rebuild and implementation

Zandvoort is a beachresort near Amsterdam in The Netherlands. For people living in the nearby capitol Amsterdam, the beach at Zandvoort offers a nice place for daytrips during the somewhat hotter summerdays. Besides that Zandvoort is especially popular with Germans who tend to visit Zandvoort for complete weekends and even whole vacations. They are usually not only interested in the beach but also in the interesting cities nearby, like the historic cities of Haarlem and the capitol of Amsterdam. Both have a wide variety of musea, historic buildings and not to forget the best shopping centers of The Netherlands. Our site at [login to view URL] was in need of a thorough renovation which had to result in an attractive look and feel. Where the present website is webcam-only, the new website had to become a broad touristic portal with lots of Zandvoort information. For that a new design was created. Using that the site will be transferred from plain html to Wordpress. Our designer already made a template which was adapted to Wordpress but unfinished in the past. It can be found at [login to view URL] In the past the wide images of the webcams were used as a nice background but this feature has somehow crashed. This feature may return. This can be used as a basis to further redevelop the design/website to a responsive or adaptive website. As a basis, the idea is to have a stretched background which dynamically adapts itself to the screensize which is of course famous from Livingsocial.com. Above that there comes a floating content area. The present wavy design can for a good basis for the final design I think. This design needs to represent all elements of the beachresort which Zandvoort is, so a beachresort. The design should be adaptable to the three languages used at the same time and users should be able to switch languages. The design needs to be dynamic, in other words: it should be easy to add extra menu-items, not yet foreseen right now. The PSD of the design is available.
