Seeking a Ektron CMS expert to assist development work for a new website design project. Design work to be provided by Planeteria. You will provide Ektron CMS development. Municipal or government experience is a plus. Functionality to include: • Website animation and HTML5 design • Social media and content marketing integration • Web customer satisfaction survey • E-commerce solutions • Deep web analytics and reporting • Mobile application and mobile web development • ASP.NET 3.5 Framework • Server-side code, C# with HTML • Front end: HTML5, Javascript, JQuery • CSS, CSS3, Frameworks • ASP.net • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server 12.0.5 • CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), DHTML, Master Pages, Themes, Skins • Windows Server 2012 R2 and IIS8 management and setup • iOS and Android: design, develop, document, test and deploy • API development: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps • Expert digital design and creative capabilities, including the delivery of web photography, illustration, animation and videography; and niche experience producing original ambient videos and cinemographs • Expert experience designing and developing mobile-responsive emails and native templates for ExactTarget and Salesforce Marketing Cloud • SEO assessment, strategy and deployment o Expert experience with site accessibility and conformance with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.0 version 2.0 level AA Non-Technical Skills: • Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to a non-technical audience • Ability to take abstract ideas from staff and complete them in a professional and timely manner • Ability to work under strict deadlines and budget constraints
