Hiring members for my development team (Websites, mobile apps, design)

Let me introduce how the project works:We are going to create a facebook page (and a wordpress), where all the members will be moderators able to post and answering incoming messages.What is interesting for the members: working on this page together, publicizing it through our connections, or in facebook groups of our native countries will allow us to -Get new projects to develop in a faster way -Create a wide and international network of customers -The page will have several works posted on the timeline already done by the freelancers that have joined the team. So our skills and portfolio quality will be quite high. -Having a constant flow of works to do once we have set up the page, ready to be commercializedWhat we need:-Fluency in english language -Someone who creates a logo and a wordpress about the team details -Interaction with several facebook groups about technology, start ups, mobile apps, softwares in english or in your native language, sharing the projects done, our fb page, our wordpress and so on. -Capable members able to communicate, be patient, co-work with the other team members. -A last point, just to remark. The works that the team members have already developed will be posted as example of our skills in the team page. Of course we need merchandize to attract new customers, they are going to ask for sure about previous works already completed to see If we suit their requirements
