What we need is an android native based app that will display a digital menu that will be customized through website that will be built as well. I have the designs ready for the entire website, the 2 templates that we will start with(more to be added afterwards) and the way the back end will look and function. no credit card will be processed on the website. The process is simple....client signs in to his/her account on the website....customized their desired template...push to send to the tablets with the app in restaurant. Again if serious i do have files to show concept and detail. The milestones proposed must make sense and agreed upon by both parties....this will be an on going long term partnership with right developer. i attached a simple apk with a rough view of first template and you can get an idea of the functions that will be needed. i have full design of back-end and will send a file upon request. thanks you.

tru-menu ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi im a mobile/web developer, i've been doing this since 4+ years now, i have massive experience building android/web apps with great UI/UX and functionality in mind, for this app we can have a admin panel (like you said u'll be giving designs) where users can customize templates and we will convert that template to json form, so app can easily parse and render it,( i would not suggest webview because it will ruin UX), the backend will be built on a framework (laravel,symfony) we can have push notifications telling user there are new menus available with GCM, they can view them etc, also i think this is not a way too complex app so i would suggest you to lower your budget, it should be 1000-1500max, if you've any questions we can have a discussion in chat, thanx
