Introduction ----------------------- we would like to have the following documents/outputs for phase 1 (initiation/analysis/design) of our project: - BRD document - Design - Prototype The idea of the project is about running a company that manages the performing of religious rituals based on delegation from customer. This religious rituals will be performed by persons (delegates) registered in the company to do so. Main workflow ------------------------- - Customers register their consent on delegating the company to perform religious ritual on behave of him/her within a specific period (this week/month or a specific date for example). - Customers pay the fees - Company check the registered list of delegates available and assign him for the delegation - Company monitor the delegates and ensure that they performed the religious ritual correctly and in the agreed time. - Company updates periodically the customer with what has been done (stages) of the religious rituals. - Company updates given to customer is by showing GPS location of the delegate or a pic of him performing. These updates are managed by delegates supervisors who monitor closely the delegates - Company closes the delegation once delegate announce finished The main functions --------------------------------- - Full customer account management - Registration/login - Complaint management - Customer payments - Customer updates - Full delegates account management - Registration/login - Status management (on Duty, not available during this period, available, …, etc) - Management of delegation assigned to a delegate, including periodic status update such as GPS location and pics while performing - Full payment management - Customer payments - Delegates fees management - Supervisors of Delegates fees management - Full offers management - Create offers and campaigns - Full administration management - Creating users (admin, delegate, customer, delegates supervisors) and groups - Assigning groups roles and user groups - Reporting - Report of current outstanding delegations - Report of in progress delegations - Monthly report of delegations - Report of delayed delegations more than 2 days System Description --------------------------------- Our system will be built as web application plus mobile application on both android and ios systems.
