Redesign a website on existing template

I want to build a website on joomla. I have already purchased a template. The website will be on mentoring startups, providing services like product development, etc. I have list of 14 pages which need to be built with proper design and content. I can give approximate content only. I will be adding other pages myself. I am expecting you to do a proper design, not just copy paste of content. This means, you will create tables, layouts, sliders, carousels, accordion, widgets etc as needed. You will have to provide the images. I can tell you content but cannot tell you how to place it or how it should be presented. That is something you will have to do, in a nice elegant way. I already have the logo ready. When you bid for the project, please share link of at least 5 website you have designed in Joomla. Payment milestone will be as follows: Home Page Design Design of Contact Form Design of 5 main pages Design of remaining 7 child pages. Project can be cancelled if home page design is not good. I will not make any advance payment till I see homepage design though I will deposit money for the home page design milestone. I will install the template on my own webserver. FTP access cannot be provided. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I do expect a decent response time. You should be able to reply within 24 hrs. If I see delays in communication, I will cancel the project as some freelancers bid on too many projects and then do a shabby job in completing project.
