Web App for Comparing Specifications

I provide technology recommendations to people and I need a web app that allows me to compare specifications of different items to find the most suitable option for a person. App needs clean user interface (simple colors, controls etc.) with no bloat or 'template' items (like headers, footers, sharing links). I would like the app created on the heroku platform if possible App needs the following Data Tables: 1) Category (ID, CategoryName) 2) Specification (ID, CategoryID, SpecificationName, Type*) *Type could be one of numeric value, text, boolean, or drop list 3) Item (ID, CategoryID, ItemName) 4) Item Specification (ID, ItemID, SpecificationID, Value) I.e: - I might have a category called Ultrabooks - I would have a number of 'specifications' which are linked to this category such as: + Storage Space (number) + Is Touch Screen (boolean) + Type (drop list - laptop, hybrid) + CPU Type (text) - then I could add items such as + MacBookPro + Acer Aspire + HP Probbok 650 - finally, I would enter the specifications for each item + MacBookPro, 256, Yes, Laptop, Intel App needs the following Pages (examples of each page are attached): 1) Home - lists all categories and allows user to edit or view the data 2) Edit Specifications - shows a list of the specifications for the chosen category with the option to delete categories, edit items in a drop list, or add a new specification 3) Edit Items - shows a list of items in the chosen category and allows them to be edited or deleted 4) View Results - Shows a table with one column per specificaiton and a row per item so the different items can be compared with each other Any questions, please post and I'll answer as soon as I can.
