Gravity Forms SMS user Validation using Twilio

Hi, I have worked both with Twilio SMS API and with GF API, so can create such plugin which will be installed separatly (so no GF code modification will be needed, thus you will be able to upgrade it without any problems) It will use GF hooks to iteract with the form without allowing to proceed with form submit before user validated his phone number through twilio API via ajax requests.
