Modify forms on 3 websites using Wordpress

I would need some modifications on my websites using Wordpress. The first one : 1/ Add a new field "Thématique" on Registration Form and Advanced Search Pages 2/ Move the field "Disponibilité" next to the field "Sexe" 3/ Modify the Size Fields 4/ On the Listing Pages we can publish a review, there were some new fields created before, corresponding to the information "A qui convient ce youtubeur ?". We should remove the rating by default, and add 3 other similar fields (Enfants, Ados, Adultes & Séniors) 5/ Add a field "Mes vidéos préférées" The second one : 1/ Restore the original border on the main registration page 2/ Increase the field size 3/ Move the Disponibilité Field under the Numéro de Téléphone, put checkboxes oui/non on the right side 4/ Make appear the field name on one line 5/ Remove the 3/6/12/24h fields (on both website and mobile theme) The 6, 7, 8 and 9 are only needed on Mobile Theme 6/ Center the field name 7/ There's a problem with the rates, when we click on "Incall" or "Outcall", the other option disappears (I don't include this task in the work realized today as it's a problem associated to the tasks realized before) 8/ Make different margins and increase the Incall & Outcall Fields 9/ Increase the Langues parlées Fields And very similar modifications on the third website.
