Wordpress developer & designer needed with experience in print on demand projects

We have a developed website based on Print on demand, 80% of the main structure is already done. The website consists of heroes like Avengers where users select one of our hero to order: t-shirts, hoodies, mugs... The user also can select by product item, for example, he can select t-shirts where he will see all our heroes wearing this t-shirts. And the third selection is the customized selection, the user can customize his own product: t-shirt, mugs and so on... we are affiliated with Printful. 1-The developer needs to be experienced in Wordpress, Printful and Zakeke to work and fix all the bugs on the website. Se you need to debug the website and make sure it's free from error, you may also need to recreate the website using a new template while keeping the same design. 2-The developer needs to recreate and work on some pages (same style but different layout) to fit with our content 3-he needs to design some pages and then add them to the website 4-We have a problem now adding dropdown menus, as a developer, you need to fix the issue and create a drop down menu and organize all our items into this dropdown menu, also we need create a left menu once the user chose a product, so he can go back and forth between each category, subcategory and so on.. 5-you need to have experience with Zakeke integration to add customization for user to be able to create their own items and see a mockup of each item 6-Smart Phones and tablets optimization 7-Be creative and suggest some innovative changes to the website 8-Adding all contents to the website, we already have the content, we need someone to add them into their sections 9-Creating mockups that work with Printful, you need to be a graphic designer to have a good design sense.
