I require a script that converts excel (csv file) stockmarket derivatives data into Mysql & PHP so it can be viewed in a website. I have attached the .csv data file. I download the files daily as the data changes daily and i download 2 speadsheets. With a script of this kind do I have to import the file manually or can it be setup to download and import automatically?? The 2nd half of this job requires that the data be analysed to retrieve the best percentage returns on money invested.
