Hi, I have a website running on prestashop that is synchronised with Big Buy dropshipping supplier. There is a synchronization problem between BigBuy and my prestashop, so I talked to BigBuy customer support and they told me it's because I used Plesk to set up my server. (Which doesn't make sens to me) but now I need someone to manually set up a server and try again and see if the synchronisation works. Also there is another issue, I need the VAT (tax rule) from Big Buy to sync with Prestashop. Right now when I make a synchronisation in BigBuy the VAT shows but in Prestashop the products are showing without VAT. (To make it short: the tax rule is not syncing) Can someone help me?
