I need phpmailer or something similar installed so that my contact form emails results correctly

We are looking to setup PHPMailer onto our new AWS server. We had this setup on our previous server (which we still have full access to) and would like to move it across to the new server. In case it helps, our setup is such that we have many different email 'builds' with different email templates and parameters, and ultimately want to be able to click a link (containing the relevant parameters such as email address) which then sends the email(s) from our auto-email build

I have a small social network website, that has a messaging function, and I need an email notification added to this, so that users receive an email when they are offline, to let them know they have received a message. I have a contact form that's been working just fine for quite some time. Suddenly, emails stopped sending and I'm getting a "Email has not sent because of following error: Could not instantiate mail function" error. I need help troubleshooting. Hi I have today changed my server (with new IP) and migrated all the websites to the new server. I am using WHM/Cpanel in my server for hosting and managing websites. The emails were working fine with the old server and as soon as we migrated to the new serve...is not able to send emails out and we are getting these error as attached here. I know this is a minor error need some tweeks in the new server so that what reflect the budget. Also there is a point to note that I migrated one website back to my old server and the emails started working back on this website. Also, I created some DB tables and stored procedures to assign the task to users based on fewest amount of tasks. That works fine!
