Our organization is currently testing an Oracle 19c instance, installed on RHEL on Azure (non CDB/PDB). In our testing, we are connecting to the Oracle 19c instance using JDBC over the Internet. We have a few issues we need help with to resolve, which include: Issues to resolve: 1. We get an intermittent exception 'ORA-12519, TNS:no appropriate service handler found' that seems to occur quite frequently; and 2. We need assistance loading some data in to specific schemas.
