Somos Exagona, una empresa joven dedicada a la creación de avatares 3D hiper realistas conectadas a diferentes tecnologías de inteligencia artificial, para que funcionen como asistentes virtuales. Actualmente estamos ampliando equipo para responder a la alta demanda que sufre nuestro sector. En concreto estamos buscando un Senior Artist 3D para un proyecto de unos 15 días. Requisitos: Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como artista 3D. Conocimientos nivel senior de modelado 3D con Maya, 3D Max, Blender, Zbrush. Dominio de herramientas de texturizado como Substance Painter o Adobe Photoshop. Gran control sobre texturizado y diversos tipos de materiales. Experiencia demostrable en modelando y texturizando, sobre todo en la creación de personas. Experiencia comprobable en la creación de texturas detalladas, mapas de desplazamiento y otros materiales. Persona proactiva y resolutiva a la hora de enfrentarse a las situaciones que puedan surgir. Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías para impulsar la innovación dentro del estudio. Fuerte comprensión de anatomía humana, proporciones y movimientos, con un ojo para el detalle y la estética. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, comunicarse efectivamente y manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente. Persona autónoma, dinámica y rigurosa. Responsabilidades: Crear modelos 3D hiperrealistas de personajes, incluyendo modelado, esculpido y texturizado, siguiendo las especificaciones del proyecto. Participar activamente en el desarrollo de personajes, aportando ideas creativas y soluciones técnicas para mejorar la fidelidad visual. Cumplir con las fechas de entregas. Revisiones, adaptabilidad y flexibilidad ante la petición de cambios sobre los modelos. Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para integrar los modelos en el motor de render (Unreal o Unity) o plataforma de destino, asegurando la compatibilidad y el rendimiento óptimo. Hola! Antes de dar detalles me gustaría decir 2 cosas: 1 es que en estos días estuve buscando trabajo remoto, de hecho he aplicado a algunos de España. 2, tengo experiencia exactamente en eso que buscan. Los detalles: Trabajo hace muchos años con modelado, utilizo Zbrush para esculpir y utilizo técnicas avanzadas como proyecciones de mapas XYZ, displacement y normal map, metahuman, mapas PBR. Utilizo tecnicas de esculpido como niveles primario, secundario y terciario para modelar, teniendo en cuenta la anatomía (esqueleto, huesos). De todos modos, en general hay tanta información en internet que no es necesario comenzar de 0 un modelo, siempre se pueden utilizar modelos preexistentes como metahuman u otros. También utilizo tecnicas avanzadas de escaneo mediante fotografías, en caso de querer replicar a alguien existente. Trabajo con Zbrush, Maya, 3ds Max, Unity y Unreal (Blender si lo utilizo pero no tan avanzado como los mencionados). Realmente soy el candidato que están buscando, además estoy especializado en animación y he trabado en animaciones faciales y fonemas, en Maya y Unity. Soy una persona que constantemente quiere aprender, resolver problemas, aceptar críticas siempre de manera positiva, nunca me enfado. Además, de buen sentido del humor y con una gran capacidad de trabajo en momentos de presión y aprietos; puedo trabajar por días durmiendo muy poco o no durmiendo, y aún así manteniendo mi integridad emocional y racional.
