Data monitoring and editing manager with Language skills

We have an online system that monitors 40 TV channels in English, French and German. Our system is recording these channels and analyses the videos to detect teleshopping spots and shows and store it into a database. There are some manual operations that needs to be done : (1) check that the system detections are accurate and make the corrections when needed (2) create new elements that the system could not detect. The language used in the system is English, but it is needed to understand German or French for part of the channels we monitor. We are looking for full time or part time freelance that would be in charge of the checking/correction and the creation of new elements that includes some web research and German to English or French to English translation. The fees may vary from 200€ to 500€ depending of the number of day x channel that is treated. work hours are free but new data must be treated in the next 48h, and there is new data every day. A 2x1h training is needed but not paid. A computer and broadband internet access is required.
