I'm looking for an excellent communicator who can make clear, efficient calls to both my existing and potential customers in the HVAC and Plumbing industry. Your role will encompass: - Identifying customer pain points: I need someone with good listening skills who can really dial down and understand the unique challenges our customers are facing. - Gathering feedback: You'll ask relevant questions to gain valuable insights on our products and services. These insights will guide improvements and new strategies. - Scheduling meetings: If prospects show interest, you'll organize meetings with me so we can delve deeper into possible collaboration. It's essential you have experience in proactive customer service and ideally in the HVAC and Plumbing industry. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are non-negotiable. A professional and friendly demeanor that conveys trust is just as important.
