Although no experience is required, I believe you'll find my experience very useful, I've worked many years in the call center industry in different positions, and I can honestly say that my work has made a lot of contributions to the companies I've worked with. I believe my greatest accomplishments have been in the workforce management department as I helped create processes to keep operations compliant with KPIs, while also developing a team of analyst to contribute to the same purpose. I have also been in charge of the general operation of a call center in smaller companies. Currently I find myself in a new place and looking for new challenges.
