Accurate Temperature Control of a Muffle Furnace : Delta PLC using PID

Dear Client I have been working as a PLC Application Engineer with 7 years of experience and i have excellent knowledge in PLC HMI PID controller SSR THYRISTOR etc for a furnace application. I have developed a 4 ZONE,6 ZONE Gas furnace and nromalizing funrace where i can control the temperature of the ZONE with + or - 1°C using PID Controller Such as DELTA,TAIE, OMRON, TOHO . By controlling the SSR or THYRISTOR as per the set point. I have read your requirements and I have done lot of furnace based application similar to what you have posted. I had previously designed a PC based data-logger with EUROTHERM 2416 at the front end. I have seen that the "Auto Tuning" feature of EUROTHERM controllers is very effective.
