I have read the sample of your transcription. I had clients also from Australia but for translation. I am willing to do the transcription and my rate is $0.5 per minute. In total I bid for $225 because of the additional fee from Freelancer.com And, because it will be 405 minute, I might need 7 days, which also include the editing time with standard speed. However I might be able to work on it faster if the audio has no noise and the speakers speak clearly.
