Faking the referer of a flash video player - open to bidding

I've been at this for a while trying to figure it out on my own but it seems that it cannot be done suitably with Javascript or PHP so I am looking to have it done with the flash player, itself. I would like to host a Flash video player on my website that streams .MP4 files from another domain. JWPlayer would be ideal but anything that streams MP4's will do. The catch is that I need the .SWF file to send a static referer when requesting the mp4 file so that it it appears to come from another domain - and not from the page that the SWF is embedded on. I believe this may be possible with Actionscript but I do not code in Flash and have exhausted my resources using other languages. To be clear - I do not want to clear the referer - I can do that already. I need to fake the referrer to appear as coming from another domain. I would consider other methods of faking the referer as well - if Flash is not possible. This must work in most browsers. If you, or anyone else feels as though they can do this, please let me know. I can provide a sample [login to view URL] file as well as sample MP4s and hosting if needed. I don't think this would take more than a couple of hours for someone who knows what they are doing. I can pay up to $120 CAD.
