Job Description: We are an early-stage startup seeking a talented and specialized Talent Sourcer with expertise in sourcing affordable developers for our company. Our focus is on developing SaaS websites and AI+ML tools. As a Talent Sourcer, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with top-notch developers who possess the necessary skills and expertise while considering affordability. Your role will involve screening out non-relevant candidates, locating them across various platforms, and negotiating salaries to align with our startup budget. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the specific talent requirements for developing SaaS websites and AI+ML tools within our early-stage startup setting. Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to identify and engage with highly skilled developers specializing in SaaS website development and AI+ML tools while prioritizing affordability. Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, technical communities, and talent marketplaces, to identify potential candidates. Proactively source, screen, and assess developers with expertise in SaaS website development and AI+ML tools, ensuring their technical proficiency and affordability. Engage with candidates, effectively communicate our company's mission, vision, and opportunities, and build strong relationships with potential hires, emphasizing our focus on affordability and early-stage startup culture. Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure their suitability for our SaaS website and AI+ML projects while considering their affordability expectations. Conduct technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' proficiency in SaaS development methodologies, programming languages, AI+ML algorithms, and toolkits, while keeping in mind their expected salary range. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system, including salary expectations and negotiations. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market intelligence related to SaaS website development and AI+ML tools, leveraging this knowledge to identify and attract top talent at affordable rates. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience, improve the overall recruitment process, and ensure alignment with our startup's affordability goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, specializing in sourcing high-tech developers for SaaS website development and AI+ML tools, particularly within an early-stage startup environment. In-depth knowledge of SaaS development methodologies, programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby), web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django), and AI+ML algorithms and toolkits (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Familiarity with different sourcing channels, including online platforms, technical forums, GitHub, talent marketplaces, and professional networks. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub search), with a focus on identifying affordable talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, understand their technical abilities, and negotiate salaries to align with our startup's budget. Ability to assess technical proficiency and evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications in SaaS website development and AI+ML tools while considering affordability. Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks efficiently. Fluency in written and spoken English. Experience working with distributed teams, candidates from diverse backgrounds, and within an early-stage startup is a plus.
