Hi, My name is Jessie and I am based in Melbourne, Australia. I am currently a stay at home mum, but before I left the workforce 12 months ago I held several senior management roles with Bupa Australia - a leading health insurance company. I have been a contact centre manager where I managed an 120 seat contact centre and was responsible for the leadership development of 12 leaders. I created and rolled out a leadership program based on the story of Gung Ho! by Ken Blanchard. This revolutionised the contact centre and reduced absenteeism from 20% to 4%. This was then maintained for more than 12 months. Prior to that I led a National Quality Team - where I was responsible for the development and roll out of customer engagement programs across our 1200 frontline managers and employees. These were programs that were across retail centre, contact centres and administrative areas. Prior to that I was the Area Sales Manager where I was responsible for the development of Retail Centre Managers - in this role I created a My Future Program where I coached, mentored and trained new managers on leadership. I am currently working with a man on Freelancer to ghost write a book on leadership for him. I am passionate about people and their development and love developing new leaders. As a Human Resource manager for the State of Georgia for 10 years I created custom leadership proposal for employees across the State. The proposal varied with incentive, leaders working with employees, working with outsource management companies to include law firms that specialize in employment grievances. I continue to contract my services helping companies motivate sales force, and develop programs for a stronger corporation.

Hello, I hold a Masters in Psychology at Babes-Bolyai University, the top University in Romania and I held Leadership trainings shaped in the scientific theory of Transformational Leadership. I have developped this training while doing my Bachelor's degree at the West Univeristy of Timisoara in 2010, based on latest generation research that I reviewed in courses and with my teachers there. I have used the information and abilities personally as President of the local and afterwards national Psychology Students Associations and afterwards I teached and shaped them in trainings with other NGO's and some small to medium sized companies or start-up departments. I can fit an hour in my schedule basically at anytime, but it's best to negotiate on this. I have spent a lot of my studies looking into Leadership theories and I am familiar with other types, like Tranzactional Leadership, or Situational Leadership theories.
