Create and manage a Twitter advertising campaign

We are looking for someone to create and manage a Twitter advertising campaign for a subscription investment system. The goal is to acquire sign-ups to our daily investment signal email. We offer an initial free 30-days and a monthly subscription thereafter. Because this account is representing and advertising an investment system, experience in this area would be ideal. This is not a daily Twitter post, but actual Ads. You must be familiar with Campaigns and Creatives within Twitter Ads. We previously ran Twitter ads with success. We would target other investment Twitter ID's with a $20 daily ad and generate an average of 9 new free-trial subscribers daily. As the tasks get more complex and your skillset increases, the pay will increase as well. But before I shortlist anyone, I’d like to see if they can deliver basic requirements. More importantly, I need someone hardworking and is looking at a long-term partnership. Willingness to learn is key. You MUST possess discipline and good command of English writing.
