Write adobe flash javascript file (jsfl)

I have a small urgent project. It must be ready in a few hours. I need a jsfl file (flash command) to convert layers to movie clips, automatic name instances, set action script version from 1 to 3 and set the X and Y position to 0,00. When possible also save fla and export to swf and preform that on all open documents. The script must preform all those things with one click. Because i already have a few of those commands separate but it is to time consuming for me to run all those commands separately.
