Multiplayer card game in JS

HI! We need a multiplayer card game made in JS. The game is played like this: - there is one deck of cards. On the start, every player gets 6 cards and there are 4 cards on the table. Every sum of the cards on the table can be taken if you have that card in your hand. Lats say there are 5 and 2 on the table, and you have 7, you can take that cards. The simbols of the cards dont metter - only the sum. If in one moment, someone takes all the cards so that the table is empty, you sum 1 point to the player score. That is like a extra point that will be sumed up in the end. One round finishes, when one deck of cards is finished. Then from 25 points, you divide points to the players depending on their cards (higher cards - more points). The game is played until someone reach 101 points. We will explain in more detail the game logic in to the selected developer. There should be diferent ways of playing a) quick game - (you start a game with random player on the internet. The game is not played until 101, it's just one round) b) 2 person game - (you start a normal game, with random person like explained above and you play until 101) b) 4 person game - (you start a normal game, with 3 more random persons like explained above and you play until 101. The thing here is that you play in teems - two against two. But the logic is the same.) c) call a friend - (you send an invitation to your facebook friend. When that friend accepts the invitation and enters the game, they are directly put on the table to play together) If in one moment, one of the players leave the game, the other player should be able to continue playing with the computer. The interface should be able to be shown in 3 dimensions: normal PC, tablet and mobil. You can deploy the game in few steps - we will make milestones and payments for every step.
