the PIC12LF1822 is 8 pin package extrem low power XLP, and when used in low frequency at 31khz it will have the lowest possible current consumption , i think that your design is battery powered with coin litium cell 3V , i think i could do this project perfectly using MPLAB 8.83 and hitech c 12F series compiler , for the rf 433Mhz , it is mondatory to use some adapted protocole to send text , i will be gratefull if we work togethet in this project , i have more than 14 years on pic mcu programming , circuit board design on cadsoft eagle and already designed a project similar but with rolling code hcs301 ic and pic12f683 .

Hello Dear Employer, This is a small MCU with minimal GPIOs so there is a challenge here so we could use uart for visuals the data using putty or realTerm (you will need an extra hardware like TTL to USB) or just use any simulation software (ex. Proteus and launch virtual terminal). RF modules varies depending on the module you will select (ex, NRF24L01 that uses SPI protocol and I've already work with it to control a vehicle wirelessly) or modules with uart protocol (that must be carefully selected due to the minimum GPIOs). The Push-button will be connected to PULL-UP resistor to prevent any tri-state signals (I think there is no internal resistor in PIC MCU so you need to connect the resistor externally, but this is very easy too so don't worry), should also record the old and new state of the push-button, so in the while loop you will be checking on the state of the push-button and take actions upon the state of it. I've done lots of projects using MPLAB X IDE on PIC18F4620 you can check my portfolio to reference them. This will take 6 days (3 hours each day), but if you have a specific completion date, I can handle it though.
