IOS & ANDROID MOBILE DEVELOPER FOR A 2-D GAME

I am looking for someone to develop of my 2-D mobile game that will work on both IOS & Android platforms(IPHONE, IPAD, ANDROID). Please quote accurately as I will be funding it personally and I need a reasonable price, there will be more future projects after this one is completed. The game is composed of 6 level packs with 10 levels in each pack (total of 60 levels). The level packs are in different settings: eg: in city, on beach, in snow, underwater etc. The backgrounds may vary within the same level pack to allow some variation. (might add an obstacle, different setting, different street etc). The game is composed of 1 main character in 1 limited background, the main character stays within the screen limits and other characters enter the background. The main character has to eliminate the enemies through multiple blows. There will also be some levels where the action is a bit different (like bonus levels). The main character will perform 5 or 6 different fighting tactics,and the enemies will respond to hits according to the nature of the blow by the main character (eg. enemy might flip in air when tripped). The enemy characters will be 25-30 different characters. We will be providing ALL THE GRAPHICS for the game. You will be in constant contact with the graphic designer to produce a finished exceptional product. You should an extensive experience in developing similar games. The developer team should have an long experience and proficiency in developing mobile games, and experience in MONETIZING the game.
