Website UI Redesign using Flash or Flex

I need a Flash application built for my website. The application must function just like the flash application located at: <[login to view URL]> I am having the website developed by another firm. So I only need the Flash application to be used for custom set up of a wine cellar. Please quote me: - Cost - Developent time to complete - Provide examples of Flash applications you have done. Added functionality - This flash application will need to organize its data to integrate with a shopping cart once the user finishes designing their wine cellar. My website will only have a total of 11 components that can be added to the design, unlike the Flash application example above which has many more objects. I would also like mine to be more flexible in terms of the size of the wine cellar. The above example only allows wine cellars up to 150 inches square. I would like mine to support very large room design, zooming the view in and out to accomodate larger or smaller rooms. If this last requirement makes it very difficult to build, I will consider leaving it out. ## Deliverables Adobe, Flash Application 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Adobe Flash Application
