479051 WP Plugin Modifications

I am looking for a coder to help me with a few minor modifications to the functionality and look of the WP Directory Pro Plugin. on my website [login to view URL] and also to help with installing and configuring a couple of forms with pictures in the checkbox fields on another website of mine in development. Site 1: (aicimelbourne) 1. I have set up a custom field titled 'certification' which i want the order of consultants to be displayed by ie Top Level: AICI CIP - Certified Image Professional|AICI CIP - Certified Image Professional Second Level: AICI CIM - Certified Image Master Third Level: AICI FLC - First Level Certification|AICI FLC - First Level Certification Last Level: None - No International Certification|None - No International Certification Depending on the consultant's certification level they come up on the results in that order. and I would also like them to be colour coded so that browsers can easily identify by the background highlight which level the consultant is. There is also an alignment issue on the browse page with the words coming under the thumbshot rather than directly beside the thumbshot as it is supposed to be when i view the website through firefox. Also i need the Certification and Contact name fields added to this first view of the listing... at present it just has business name, description,website, google pr & social networking icons. people have to then click detail to see the full listing. Also one other modification i would like is that when you click the listing title it directs them direct to the website and off my site. I would rather when they click that it directs them to the details screen...at the moment the details button on the listing is so small that people cant tell to click it to get further information about that consultant without leaving my site. Wordpress Site 2: There are two forms that i need to install into a wordpress based installation...all the wp form plugins i have researched don't seem to be able to include pictures as a checkbox field ie instead of words and checkbox they see a picture please refer to the following links of the forms i need set up on the new wordpress site in development.
