Flash Interactive Timeline (fh)

Build a flash interactive timeline. Using a MySQL DB, PHP and flash a 20 year timeline displays popup boxes and info on a world map with information for events during that year. We are providing you with the following: - Design already cutup into flash and seperated into layers and clips for you to re-organise as you please. See attached - animation examples built into the flash for you to manipulate or change. see attached - Excel sheet with all the data required for the flash info boxes. See Attached excel structure, data will be supplied after job acceptance. - All images for the popup boxes, renedered and cut to size ready to use with the dd, php and flash. You need to build, using the above supplied material: - The flash and php code that runs the timeline, as per instructions. See attached. - Convert the excel sheet to MySQL for use with the flash and php scripts to run the timeline. Notes: - there is 1 summary box and 3 popup boxes for every year across a 20year timeline. See notes on attached flash and excel sheet for more information. - A grid co-orindate will be provided for every mark sqaure markers on the map and the grid co-ordinate guide is also in the flash file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
