UTM Tracking not working

Hi, I have an issue on my website. I have installed 3rd Party conversion tracking - Which looks to be installed correctly, but the UTM parameters look not to be being passed to the 3rd party for reporting. It could be that the tracking script is conflicting with something on my side? I dont know. But you will have full access to my site/server and 3rd party tracking to discover and fix the problem. I need this to be resolved asap. I think* the issue is relating to cookies and the utm parameter not being passed to third party site, but could be wrong. I am using a white label website, which I have branded to look like my product, rather than a 3rd party's (so my splash screen taking a user to the 3rd party site). I have installed the 3rd party conversion tracking code (tracks utm parameters. As required, i installed the code in the footer) The tracking code tracks a conversion; users fill out a form to join the service free. The form post's to the 3rd party site. Just backtracking, I added a CNAME, so once a user fills out a form and submits it, it redirects to [[login to view URL]][1] This is the conversion that requires tracking. (conversions of users who have signed up through this form) The tracking code has been inserted correctly. But the utm parameters are not being tracked hence no reporting in the backend.
