Seeking Fashion Recruiter for New Models

I require the services of a proficient recruiter to fill the role of fashion models from India Market (other markets in South Asia can also be considered) Please see attached PDF for requirement from models. - Models: I am specifically interested in models who are at the beginning stages of their career. Models who are ambitious, enthusiastic and ready to learn are welcomed. - Aesthetic Requirement: My brand emphasizes uniqueness in appearance; hence, I prefer models with unique looks for our summer theme. They should be able to bring a unique character to the clothes and appeal to a diverse range of customers. The successful recruiter must have a proven track record in identifying and recruiting up-and-coming models, ideally within the Indian market. Exceptional communication skills, experience working with beginners, and a discerning eye for unique aesthetics are paramount. Your mission will be to find fresh faces that help my brand stand out. Engagement: We will hire 2-3 candidates every week and you're expected to qualify candidates before forwarding them (ask them if all requirements are okay + sample pictures). We will create milestones per week basis.
