Make calls to bill for services

Hello, my name is Pablo Rosales and I live in Nicaragua. I am very organized, very efficient and very professional. I have a Bachelors in Management from an USA University. I am also very friendly and patient when it comes to dealing with customers over the phone. Have done numerous inbound/outbound calling projects. From selling cellular phones, offering a rate reduction in a company's monthly phone bill, selling remodeling/construction services to selling a tennant computerized system. All using ZOIPER, X-lite,Softphone, vulcan 7 dialers and Bria Also have used SKYPE to make calls. have sold product and or services to markets as New Zealand, Singapore, South American countries, Canada, USA and some European English speaking countries

I am a graduate of Communications and have been working as a freelancer for a decade now. I have a marketing background and experience. I have handled different campaigns for Australia, US and Canada, both inbound and outbound accounts, such as such as healthcare, final expense, diabetic supplies, mortgages, insurance, resume screening, lead generation, appointment setting, content writing, SEO and others. I also have done English teaching and administrative assisting. I have handled tons of campaigns and 95% of those were appointment setting. I can follow a script and I can also compose my own as a guideline. Getting past gatekeepers is no longer a problem to me. I have gained enough knowledge and technique based on experience. So far, I haven't had any problems conversing in English or being understood with my speaking. I have handled several email list campaigns before. I recently did a list of 10,000 for a client looking to upgrade his mail list of architecture/construction industry. The job entails online research, cold calling and personal judgement and analysis.
