Lookup The Neat Company NeatDesk Desktop Scanner and Digital Filing System This is essentially what I would like this application to do, but with the addition of being able to search all stored documents (not just the ones individually opened) based on keywords within the computers index. As for interface, I would like it extremely straight forward to use and easy to understand. As an example of use: a receipt or invoice is scanned in, it`s converted to a searchable PDF (can find phone numbers, invoice numbers, products, etc from within document), it is then saved to the computer, and can be found again later by searching keywords. Setup in a manner with license keys for predetermined usage. Example below: [login to view URL] Preferably with a website similar to the one above with the ability to checkout and issue/ track product keys.
