Outline of software: -start with an optional command line options to go into auto mode and use an ini file with all settings(the ini file option must allow for an ini file with any name and in any location) -load emails from 5 or more pop3 or imap email accounts, in specific folders, this will require settings such as server URL, username, password, etc. The software only needs to open a specific folder and read/download the information so omit any standard SMTP settings -use your preferred method e.g. temp file or directly pass all emails from all accounts to the suppression list extractor portion *improve the suppression list extractor for greater speed and stability -run suppression list extractor portion -run line removal portion *one issue I noticed with the line removal portion was that in some single column URL lists, if an entry contained a single matching string from the url, it was removed, for example [login to view URL] would remove [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. I would like this to remove the exact domain. One solution that I came up with was to add options for preceding and following characters to add to the removal string. So adding a "/" or a "." before [login to view URL] will catch instances of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] but not [login to view URL] and myhome.com. Options to add commas before and after a string works for CSV files as well. I am also open to other approaches if you have ideas. -output resulting file as usual You can do what you like with the interface. Possibly make a third section for email settings and keep the rest the same. Email settings may be complex for each account, so possibly use a popup settings window. Be sure that every setting from the ini file loads into the program when running in manual mode
