Computer Clone of a Card Game

This is a request to create a computer card [login to view URL] to that of magic the gathering, nightfall or warhammer. The later two are less well known and links for them are here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This computer card game is not as complex as these other games. The requirement is to build a general card engine. For example a card called Ranger is a 3 mana cost, 3 damage, 2 health and a card called Hunter that is 1 mana 1 damage and 1 health. The engine should allow for the central manager for these cards. The game engine should take the cards from the card engine, and manage the game. The UI for the game needs to be extremely minimal and is open for easiest mode of implementation. The only requirement is that the game must be able to be played across the internet. So Flash, Web, Java etc. would be fine. The rules of the game are fully defined and I will demonstrate the game via webex. Bidder should be familiar with and enjoy card games. Prior experience in this project is a bonus. General rules Two Player Only Simple turn rules (each player executes their actions only on their turn). Relatively simple card rules. All cards have Casing Cost Creatures have attack, defense Creatures can have a special ability that can only occur at 5 times. (When Cast, When Killed, When Damaged, at beginning or end of turn) Spell have casing cost and ability Simple Mana Resource Players manually pass turns when done, by pressing a button "Finished Turn" other rules will be provided (e.g starting hand size, max hand size etc.)
