The reason could be 2 of the following things: 1) No of triggers,workflows running each time you update or insert or upsert records. 2)A trigger fetching a good number of records with all the fields of that object. Solution- Filter workflows or triggers in a update Action that leads to them firing on certain conditions meeting. I can do this very quickly should you take action on it

Hello there, I have read the requirements and found myself able to do it for you. I have ample experience in Salesforce development as a developer and administrator. Currently i am working in //GrayMath Technologies Inc as a salesforce developer. I have hands on experience of Salesforce app development, Customization, writing bulkify triggers and apex classes for specific business requirements of our client which is Sun Communities Inc. Recently I have worked on a project in which i have written an apex batch class. Below are the main functionalities of this class *Take accountIds from new opportunities and fetch name, email and phone from Account object on behalf of these accountIds. *Fetch all the Leads having same name, phone or email with accounts. *If match found then convert them into existing accounts. While working with this batch class I got the same error you just mentioned in the header of this project and I have resolved that on my own now my batch class is merging 90,000 records into existing accounts without any error. I have also automated data import in salesforce using data loader for Sun Communities Inc. I always enjoy interesting tasks and love to setup new solutions.
