We are looking for freelance IT recruiters initially to work on commission basis. JD: • Source, screen, and process all prospective candidates • Follow-up & schedule interviews between candidate and client POC • Interact with clients POC over the phone • Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods Job portals, Job postings, Social networks, Databases, Referrals and Contacts. • Provide regular update to management. Salary: Initially on commission basis (no fixed salary). Based on workload and mutual consent will hire/fix permanent salary Work Location: As of now work from home Target profiles: IT / ITES especially technology hiring like Mobile, Cloud, IOT and IIOT Industries: IT, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Banking, Retail, Finance
