Es geht um zwei Aufträge: Im Rahmen des ersten Auftrags soll ein Software-Tool entwickelt werden, welches über die Telegram-API in regelmäßigen Abständen Daten abruft wie z. B. die Mitgliederzahlen und die veröffentlichten Inhalte in öffentlich zugänglichen Telegram-Gruppen und Kanälen. Das Software-Tool soll auf einem sicheren Server des Auftraggebers installiert werden und in verschiedenen Sprachen anwendbar sein. Die abgerufenen Daten sollen in einem zugänglichen Format (CSV oder XLX) auf dem Server gespeichert werden. Der zweite Auftrag ist ein Forschungsauftrag. Wir benötigen Unterstützung bei einer Einbindung vom Land Hessen für ein Serviceportal. Um genau zu sein jemanden, der eine rest-API Schnittstelle erstellen kann welche Daten pullt/zieht und diese dann auf einer Wordpress Seite automatisch darstellt welche über eine SQL Datenbank läuft. Außerdem benötigen wir jemanden, der eine Schnittstelle zwischen zwei Wordpress Seiten herstellen kann, wo automatisch Veröffentlichungen auf der einen Seite auch auf der anderen angezeigt werden. (Eine Push und pull API welche auf Wordpress mit einer SQL Datenbank funktioniert.)
