English audio recording needed - must submit required sample to be considered

We are a small English tutoring class that teaches TOEFL courses, and we are looking for a native English speaker with either US or UK accent to do audio recording.
(1) Each recording is about 100-120 words, about 40-46 seconds of length.
(2) Our budget for each recording is only $2.5 ~ 3 USD, the budget of $5 is for two recordings. We have hundreds of records that need to be done. We understand we don't have a very high budget for the job, but we can only work within our budget. Please do not apply if you disagree with the budget.
(3) I have attached one of the approved recordings for you to get an idea of what we are looking for.
(4) We also require the recorder to be able to send us a friendly avatar image of themself and authorize us to use it. The only usage of your picture is that we want to display it right beside the recording, so our students know whose voice they hear when they study the materials.
(5) If you are interested, please apply with a sample recording. Find the script in the attached file that is labeled "script.docx."
(6) In the future we may need a recording between young male and female (conversation), if you can do it, please let me know, I will send you a separate script for it.
(7) The age range for the voice should be between 16-30. If you are over this age range, but your voice sounds young, then we can still consider it.
(8) If you do not want to submit a sample using our script, please do not bother to bid. We have already hired five voice-talents to work with for our recording need; there are over 500 recordings that need to be done, so as long as this project is still open for bidding, we are always looking. ( we need a variety of voices so we can not just work with one or two talents for all 500+ of the recording) ... But anyway, if you can not provide a sample using our script, do not waste your time bidding. We try to be polite and reply to every bidder, but it is getting frustrating that some of you can not read, or did not read...
