We are an Urgent Care clinic that utilizes a portable x-ray machine (GE) AMX 700. I am attaching a floor plan of the site with details written in and around the x-ray room itself. This is a single story building (no people above us) with a garden area outside one wall of the x-ray room. We will be shooting x-ray towards the outside wall. There is one office that will be occupied regularly by myself and the other side is a lab that is infrequently occupied and usually by a variety of people for short periods of time.
