I am looking for someone that can go to a property in Cape Coral Florida and create a full CAD drawing of a 5-bedroom house that we need to do a design build for a fire alarm and sprinkler system. We are also looking for a CAD designer for other projects for Commercial Fire Alarm Systems.
I need floorplans and site plans with exterior renderings for 6 townhomes. Townhomes must be 3 bedroom, 3 story and include garage parking and driveway I've attached samples Setbacks are as follows. Driveways to be 18'. Backyards are to be 12'. The driveway entrances are from the north road. The lot size is 54' x130'. The homes will face the north road. The setback from the east road should be 12-15'. The setback from the west lot can be zero. 3 storey - 3rd story is bedrooms and minimum 2 washrooms. 2nd storey kitchen, living area, dining etc Each unit has single garage These will be wood construction. I have just bought a two-bedroom flat in Edinburgh (Polwarth area) and I am in the process of furnishing it. I have one major issue: I have about 2500 books (most of which are currently in boxes) which would need to be placed on shelves. I would like some advice on where it would be most appropriate to put shelves and what type of shelves/book cases would suit the flat best. I'm looking for an interior designer who could come view the flat and give some advice on the matter. I need someone to take blue prints of my basement and reconfigure the floor plan of the entire space. Currently it has a lot of small non functional spaces. Ideally we would like 2 bedroom spaces, a home office space that has a door, a living room space, wet bar, bathroom and storage area. The existing plan is attached. The client has requested to be changed into a 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom second-floor layout. The bedrooms all need at least one window and 1 closet to be a bedroom. The client wants to leave the master bedroom as is but straighten the door walls. The toilet needs to hopefully stay somewhere close to the exterior wall for plumbing access. I would love if an interior designer would help me making my tiny apartment my home. I dont know what to do with the space and the weird form of the main room (which is living room, bedroom and dining room at the same time) The plan attached is not super accurate since the kitchen and bathroom are the other way around in the apartment. In the picture you can see the big windows and the annoying heating stove on the floor. Mainly I would like just recommendations of what kind and where to position a bed(1,40mx2m), sofa, desk, furniture for stuff (action figures, decoration, vinyl record player, and little eating table with 2 or 3 chairs.
