I need to create an Amazon Alexa voice command to trigger an outgoing webhook. I have an AWS developer account, an AWS account with Lambda, the outgoing webhook, and am having trouble tying it all together.

I want to connect ChatGPT to my Alexa and then, i can ask any question and Alexa reply me the ChatGPT response. My language is Spanish, (I means talk with Alexa in Spanish). I found this skill on github, then you can configure it to my Alexa if it can be the solution: Example of usage i want: I want to be able to ask in spanish to Alexa a summary of my tasks for today, and ChatGPT reply with this sumary by Alexa voice.
