I am working on my PhD project on modifying the yarn scheduler in Hadoop. The Hadoop is written in java and I am inexperienced in that. Although, I am well versed in writing hadoop applications in python/matlab. So, if the developer is not familiar with hadoop then I will assist him/her. The task is to write the scheduling policy in FAIR job scheduler. A code will also be shared which has already fulfilled the purpose. Now I want to use another suggested algorithm.
